Diane Steele & Co. prides itself on offering outstanding customer service and a superior product.

We ship orders USPS.  In case product becomes damaged during shipping or there is manufacturing defect, we will replace those products at our cost.  Please contact us describing the problem, and let us know what item needs to be replaced. We reserve the right to request digital photo of the damaged package or product.

If you are not fully satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days after receiving your shipment for a full refund minus shipping charges and 25% restocking fee.
