Diane Steele and Company (DS&Co.) guarantees satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to credit your account, or issue a full refund for unused items. Customer is responsible for returning unused item(s) back to DS&Co. in new condition within 30 days in order to obtain refund. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to DS&Co.
All orders, including custom printing with proof, must be paid in advance. Custom printed orders will be shipped 2-10 days after proof is approved.
